Yoga practice for your core and self: a 75-min practice every Tuesday 12:15-13:30pm on 3, 10, 17 Dec 2024 (skipping 24 Dec and 31 Dec) and resuming on 7, 14, 21 Jan 2025 Oftentimes, our responsibilities and tasks from daily lives require one to be attentive and reactive to the external environment, such as value judgement and emotions of the others. Without a steady sense of self, it might be difficult to become aware of one’s own needs and emotions, as well as one’s self worth and potential. In this class, participants are invited to connect with their own bodies and minds, explore the sense of self. Through practicing yoga asanas and other movements, participants will train their core muscles and intra-abdominal-pressure, exercise their spines and pelvis, connect with their solar plexus energy. With breathing and relaxing postures, participants will also unwind their nervous systems. Instructor: Mr Kim Yoga (RYT200 graduate, foundation in trauma sensitive yoga); fitness instruction (HKBU); hypnotherapy (ACHE) Fees: $280 for single class; $250 per class for enrolling in 2 classes or 4 classes (pricing plan available); and $1200 for enrolling all 6 classes (pricing plan available) Booking required at least 48 hours in advance
